Caretaker / Building Technician
For our 4* hotel in the center of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, we are looking for motivated and independent individuals to work as caretakers/building technicians.
Tasks
- Luggage service for arriving/departing guests
- Parking for guest vehicles
- Daily maintenance of saunas, steam rooms & swimming pools
- minor repairs throughout the house
- Waste disposal, waste room, empty containers, …
Qualifications
- Friendliness & reliability
- Team spirit
- responsible conduct
- good German
- technical understanding for minor repairs
- Driving licence B
Benefits
Working hours:
6-day week, continuous shifts, 8:00 - 17:30, one day off per week
Salary: EUR 2,200 net per month
You will receive free accommodation as well as free lunch and dinner from our hotel kitchen.
We are prepared to pay more for candidates who do not require their own staff room .
