Tasks

  • Independent preparation and finishing of dishes at the Entremetier station under the guidance of the head chef.
  • Participation and contribution of ideas in menu design
  • Economical and cost-conscious use of equipment and materials
  • Cleaning and organization of the entire work area
  • Goods receipt and quality control
  • Shared responsibility for the order and maintenance of the warehouse, as well as the cold storage and freezer rooms.
  • Enjoyment of natural cuisine
  • Experience in preparing allergen-free foods
  • Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Qualifications

  • Training in the catering or hotel industry and/or experience in the field of upscale gastronomy
  • Very good German skills
  • Interest in natural cuisine
  • Compliance with the Green Hood criteria
  • Commitment, reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Reliability and motivation
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured work style
  • Good organizational skills and time management
  • Enjoyment of the job and fun in dealing with people
  • Friendly, confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
