Tasks

Assistance with the organization, processing & coordination of mailings & brochures with agencies & printing companies
Assisting with the acceptance, consultation, and processing of reservations
Assistance with the administration and accounting of down payments and vouchers.
Assistance with the preparation of invoices
Coordination of guest requests within the house

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Completed school or vocational training
Initial leadership experience & sense of responsibility
Excellent professional knowledge
Organized and independent work style
Team spirit
Good computer skills and experience with reservation programs are desirable.
Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
