Tasks
- Mise en Place
- Active participation in the various kitchen positions.
- Menu design & planning
- Plate preparation & assistance at the buffets
- Inventory management
- Working in a business & professional environment
- Safety, hygiene & sustainable working
- Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training system
Qualifications
- Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old.
- Awareness of cleanliness & hygiene
- Team spirit
- Positive charisma and good manners
- Sense of responsibility
- Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
