Tasks

Welcome to our (numerous regular) guests
Table layout & seating plans
Responsibility for buffets and the service of the gourmet menu in the evening
Wine, beverage & café service
Supervision of the breakfast buffet
Mise-en-place work for the stations
Assisting with wine, beverage, and material orders under the guidance of the F&B Manager.
Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training system

Qualifications

Sense of responsibility
Confident communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
