Our kitchen team is still looking for dedicated and friendly people who would like to work in the Tyrolean mountains and embody hospitality.

Tasks
Together with our kitchen team, you will ensure that our guests are treated to culinary delights.
This includes the full range of tasks, from a leisurely breakfast to an afternoon snack and dinner. We are looking for all-rounders who enjoy diverse responsibilities and contribute their creativity. The variety of tasks in this position will ensure you always have the necessary variety.
Cooking is permitted in a fully equipped new commercial kitchen.
Your tasks include:
- 2-3 days a week Entremetier
- Breakfast cook 2-3 days a week
- 1 day a week substitute dishwasher
Other tasks:
- Preparation of appetizers
- Preparation support for dessert/dessert buffet
- Making cakes for afternoon snack
- Making salads
- Mise en place for the à la carte business
- Preparation of à la carte dishes
- Preparation and attractive presentation of the food in the evening at the pass
Qualifications
- Completed chef training
- Several years of professional experience
- Flexible and independent work
- Friendly treatment of our employees and guests
- 6-day week
