This includes the full range of tasks, from a leisurely breakfast to an afternoon snack and dinner. We are looking for all-rounders who enjoy diverse responsibilities and contribute their creativity. The variety of tasks in this position will ensure you always have the necessary variety.

Cooking is permitted in a fully equipped new commercial kitchen.

Your tasks include:

• 2-3 days a week Entremetier
• Breakfast cook 2-3 days a week
• 1 day a week substitute dishwasher

Other tasks:

• Preparation of appetizers
• Preparation support for dessert/dessert buffet
• Making cakes for afternoon snack
• Making salads
• Mise en place for the à la carte business
• Preparation of à la carte dishes
• Preparation and attractive presentation of the food in the evening at the pass

• Completed chef training
