last update: 1 June 2022

DEAR GUESTS!

Our gates to holiday bliss are open since 11 June 2022 – with hospitability  and top quality as usual! Are you getting that holiday buzz? We are hugely looking forward to the day when our mountains once again come alive with the laughter of happy children, parents and grandparents.

Corona measures in Austria have been largely lifted. There are no longer any on-site checks of vaccination, recovered or test status (3G check). There are also no longer any 3G checks on entry into Austria. An FFP2 mask must now only be worn in highly vulnerable areas (e.g. in hospitals, at doctors' offices or in old people's and nursing homes).

All information at a glance

Since 1 June 2022, entry into Austria is possible without restrictions. Proof of 3G is no longer required.
HERE you will find an up-to-date list of the entry and exit regulations of the individual countries.

PCR gargle tests:

Since 1 April 2022, 5 PCR gargle tests are available per month free of charge for guests, employees and locals. These can be picked up and returned to the MPreis supermarkets (Baguette Bistrot) in Serfaus and Fiss as well as in the miniM-supermarket in Ladis during the opening hours. According to information provided by the State of Tyrol, the test result will be received by SMS or email within 24 hours if the tests are submitted by 10am. The tests can be carried out by yourself.
Registration on the test platform of the State of Tyrol is required.

Attention: A pick up of the tests is only possible with an identity card from the person to be tested!
Important information for our guests: Please enter the address of your accommodation as the residential address for registration.

Antigen tests for self-testing:

Since 9 April 2022, 5 antigen tests for self-testing can be collected from pharmacies with a valid e-card. Registration at www.selbsttest.tirol is necessary.

An FFP2 mask must now only be worn in highly vulnerable areas (e.g. in hospitals, by doctors or in old people's and nursing homes). Children between 6 and 13 years of age may continue to wear mouth-nose-protection. Children up to 6 years of age do not have to wear mouth-nose-protection.

We recommend to book a travel insurance. When you book an accommodation on our website www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at, you have the option to book an insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung. The insurance now also covers Covid-19 diseases, like any other unexpected serious illness.
