Any customer registered on mySFL can use the entirety of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app by entering their login details. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app provides users with individual information on holidays in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis tourist region: the app acts as a digital holiday companion.

Using the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app is also possible without registration or login. In this case, the offer of information and services is limited to generally available content. Individualised information is not made available in this case. Users who have not registered or logged in can manage their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data via the cookie banner provided in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app.

If a user who does not yet have a mySFL account registers in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app, a mySFL customer account will be automatically created.

The legal basis for data processing in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis app is the consent of the registered user, who has conclusively provided this by registering after having been provided with information in the app. This consent may be withdrawn by deletion request at any time.

The data collected in connection with mySFL remain stored as long as the user does not request deletion via the email address datenschutz@serfaus-fiss-ladis.at, or until 2 years after the last use of mySFL by the person concerned.
