Baking Bread at the Rechelerhaus

Old tradition rediscovered.
Every second Wednesday, the Ladis baking club meets at the wood-burning oven in the Rauchkuchl of the Rechelerhaus. We mix the dough with rye flour, yeast, wheat flour and water and refine it with salt, organic bread clover and organic bread spice.
From 4 p.m., not only oven-fresh Vinschger bread is sold in front of the KVZ in Ladis, but also home-baked desserts.
