• Acceptance, advice and processing of reservations
• Written correspondence regarding offers & bookings
• Management & booking of deposits & vouchers
• Creation of invoices
• Processing online bookings
• Advance bookings for spa offers

• Completed school or vocational training
• Organized & independent way of working
• Team spirit
• Good IT knowledge and experience with reservation programs desirable
• Secure communication in German & English; more beneficial
