  • Management, coordination of the entire restaurant area together with the restaurant manager (40 employees and 450 seats)
  • Professional support & representation of the restaurant manager
  • Warm, authentic guest care & complaint management in the service area
  • Creating table plans & leading team meetings
  • Ensuring a smooth service process and close cooperation with the chef
  • Control of order & cleanliness in the F&B area
  • Support with further training of employees and training of new employees
  • Expert advice for guests on wine selection and creative sales
  • Compliance with SHF quality standards
